By using this website, the Student Portal or paying fees online, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “the School” mean Krishna Public School, Village Janyuri, Tilhar, Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
1. Who May Use the Portal
The Student Portal is meant for students and their parents/guardians. A parent/guardian must be at least 18 years old to make a payment.
2. Student Portal Access
Access is through the Student ID and date of birth issued or recorded by the School. Keep these details private. You are responsible for activity done using them. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
3. Fees and Online Payments
- Fees are charged as per the School’s fee structure shown on the Pricing Details page and in the Student Portal, in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure page and are not stored by the School.
- A payment is complete only when it shows as successful in the Student Portal or on the receipt. Please do not pay again if a payment is pending; contact us with your Payment ID.
- You must pay only from an account/instrument that you are authorised to use.
4. Dues, Late Fee and Concessions
Unpaid dues may carry a late fee and can affect services such as admit card download, as decided by the School. Concessions or discounts are given only at the School’s discretion.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Correct Information and Acceptable Use
Give accurate information. Do not attempt to access other students’ records, interfere with the site or its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The School name, logo, text and design of this website belong to the School and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by the internet, banks, Razorpay or other events beyond our control. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
