Shipping & Delivery Policy

Krishna Public School provides educational services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or courier deliveries for online fee payments.

Digital Delivery

• Payment confirmation: shown on screen immediately after a successful payment, and sent by Razorpay by email/SMS where provided.
• Fee receipt and payment history: available in the Student Portal under Payment History.
• Admit card: can be downloaded from the Student Portal once the Examination Fee is paid.

Digital items are normally available instantly. If your payment does not reflect within 24 hours, please contact us with your Payment ID.

Physical Documents

ID cards, report cards or certificates, where applicable, are handed over to the student or parent at the school or through the class teacher. We do not post or courier them.

Services are provided at the school campus: Village Janyuri, Tilhar, District Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh – 242307, India. The Student Portal and online payment can be used from anywhere in India.
